Copa Health is a 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission to inspire health, hope, and happiness by delivering world-class solutions to individuals, families, and communities. Our comprehensive continuum of care reflects the combined legacy of Marc Community Resources (est. 1957), Partners in Recovery (est. 2009), and Arizona Housing, Inc. (est. 1995).

Copa provides a three-pillar continuum of care, housing, healthcare, and employment, designed to meet the complex needs of individuals facing intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and homelessness. Our person-centered, integrated model recognizes that lasting stability requires more than a single intervention.
