There is close collaboration with pharmacies and benefits specialists to expedite the process to ensure members get the care they need without delay. Copa staff coordinate with community primary care physicians (PCPs) and specialists. Our approach targets the risk factors that cause heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other unwanted chronic health conditions.
Copa Health case managers are trained system navigators and advocates whose primary job is to assist members in identifying services that help you achieve your goals.
