Copa Health offers our members the ability to receive routine care from their Copa Health care team through a video connection on their internet-enabled devices such as smartphones, while remaining in the comfort of their own home.

Schedule a telehealth appointment / consent:

  • Contact your Copa Health care team to schedule your telehealth appointment.
  • You will be asked to give verbal consent before receiving care via telehealth.
  • Download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app prior to your appointment. Your Copa health Care team can provide additional help.

Prepare for your telehealth appointment:

To download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app (free) you will need to go to the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.  Click on the iPhone or Android picture below depending on the mobile device you use.

Joining the telehealth session:

*If using your mobile device
To join your scheduled telehealth appointment:

  • Click on the link provided in your appointment reminder to enter into your session.
  • Click “Join a Meeting” (you do not need to sign up or sign in, just join the meeting)
  • If prompted, add your first and last name.

*If using your computer, open Zoom and enter the 10+ digit number at the end of the link in your appointment reminder.

*For example, if the link is:
https://azpir.zoom.us/j/1234567890

*The meeting ID would be:
1234567890

Once you are admitted to the "meeting room" you will be prompted to connect to audio.
