Joe has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and works to further strengthen our commitment to creating transformative housing solutions for our members and communities. He has an impressive track record of leading real estate initiatives and has over two decades of experience in development, redevelopment, tenant improvement, and community development projects in housing and commercial leasing.
Joe will continue to advance our strategic goals, leveraging his deep experience in site analysis, acquisition, financing, development, and asset management. He is responsible for leading the real estate development and financing strategies for Copa Health housing projects, including utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) and various state, city, and federal funding sources to create sustainable, high-performing projects that align with our values and strategic initiatives.
In his spare time, he enjoys cheering on Arizona’s local sports teams, traveling with his wife and family, hiking and reading.
