Chief of Staff
Stacy Garner has twenty-nine years of behavioral health experience. In those twenty-nine years he has served as Chief of Staff, Deputy CEO, VP of Operations, Regional Director, Arnold v Sarn Administrator and Case Manager. MORE
Darwyn Chern, MD,
FAPA, FASAM, Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Darwyn Chern, MD is a triple board-certified physician in the fields of psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and addiction medicine. He is a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is the Vice President of the Arizona Society of Addiction Medicine, the state chapter of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. MORE

Latrice’s experience is the consensus of more than twenty (20) years successfully leading local and national human service agencies and businesses. As an agile social services professional, she has held various roles, to include Chief Program Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief Quality Improvement and Compliance Officer. MORE
Diana Medina, PhD,
Chief, Clinical Education
Dr. Diana Medina is the Chief, Clinical Education and Director of Training at Copa Health’s Psychology Training Program (APPIC Member). She is one of the few bilingual (Spanish and English) licensed psychologist in the State of Arizona. MORE
Janey Durham,
VP, Employment Related and Day Services
Janey Durham has 35 years of leadership experience in heading and growing employment related programs for individuals with disabilities and behavioral health populations. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Employment Related and Day Services. The programs she oversees serve and enrich the lives of 3,500 members annually. MORE

VP, Outpatient Services
Michaela has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from ASU. Throughout her career she found her niche in health care administration and operations. MORE

Brett brings with him extensive experience in operations, quality, change implementation, and nursing leadership. He is a transformative, strategic, and collaborative leader skilled in developing teams and driving results at both the facility and organizational levels. MORE

Norm Duvé has been with Copa Health (formerly Marc Community Resources) for almost twenty years. He was the first employee of the Copa Health IT Department where he helped grow the organization’s use of technology. MORE

Joe has a wealth of knowledge and expertise and works to further strengthen our commitment to creating transformative housing solutions for our members and communities. He has an impressive track record of leading real estate initiatives and has over two decades of experience in development, redevelopment, tenant improvement, and community development projects in housing and commercial leasing.
