In life we can’t control what we are dealt but we can control how we handle it. I try to choose joy! It’s not always easy, but it gives me a sense of peace. I try and find the little things that bring me peace or comfort. Sometimes it’s listening to music, hiking, walking, meditation, or prayer. I immerse myself in music that feeds my soul, turn to my faith, and find little things I’m thankful for. If you're struggling, reach out to a friend or mental health professional. It can make you stronger! Take care of yourself. YOU are worth it!
