Copa Health and Wellness Coach, Michele Spear, shows us the mental health benefits of exercise and physical activity.

This infographic from the National Institute on Aging says it all when it comes to the mental health benefits of physical activity. 

I always encourage people to do activities they enjoy. You can enjoy a hike, take a bike ride, walk or lift weights, if that is something you enjoy. 

If you haven’t found an activity you like, keep trying new things until you find one you do enjoy (even if just a little) and keep doing it!
