Meditating with pets can be a special way to relax and clear our minds. You can practice Pet Meditation with your pet, or a friend’s pet! To enlist your pet in meditation, seat yourself comfortably on the floor with your pet’s favorite bed or blanket beside you. Try spraying a light aroma to help cue you and your pet into the intention of relaxation. Like with your thoughts, permit your pet to come or go as needed.
