As we come together to raise awareness around mental health on the last day of May, let’s focus on rebuilding connections with those we have lost touch with during the pandemic. Feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, and thoughts of suicide continue to negatively affect our community. Lead by example by offering support and being compassionate in tough times. Lastly, think with the heart when attempting to build or rebuild connections.
