31 Days of Healing: Letting Go

May 15, 2024, Mesa, AZ: There is freedom and mental clarity in learning to let go.

Probably the most healing experience one can have comes when you learn to let go, letting go of something we can’t control can bring a great sense of relief & peace. We have to remember we can’t always control what the world hands us BUT we can control how we deal with it. Letting go and turning it over to God or your choice of a higher power eliminates fear, anger, stress etc. Remember it takes more energy to foster fear or anger, not to mention the negative impact it has on your body as a whole. I challenge you today to choose JOY and then share that joy.
