COPA HEALTH 31 DAYS OF HEALING: What Are You Grateful For?

May 20, 2022, Mesa, AZ: What Are You Grateful For?

Gratitude involves being thankful and appreciative and is associated with several mental and physical health benefits. According to the psychologist, Robert Emmons, gratitude helps people focus on the present and magnify positive emotions.

Practicing gratitude can lead to higher self-esteem, decreased stress, better sleep, stronger relationships, less anxiety and depression, and much more.

Some simple things you can do to show gratitude include saying thank-you to others, showing kindness to others, and noticing and acknowledging the good things in your life.
